Please note we operate during UK (GMT) business hours, Mon-Fri 10am - 4pm, enquiries sent at all other times will be replied to ASAP during office hours.

Shipping: Items are shipped from the UK and we are happy to ship worldwide.

Payment methods: We accept all major credit / debit cards, processed via Shopify payment systems, Paypal, Clearpay, Klarna. See more on pre-payment methods.

Pre Orders & Custom Orders: For items we don't have in stock you can make a pre order or custom order, see details here.

Where is my order?: All our items are sent with tracking numbers which will be sent to you on dispatch. If however you haven't received this information or your item hasn't arrived please email us with your name and order number. 

Our Promise: We guarantee the safe delivery of your item, if for any reason it doesn't arrive to you in tip-top condition please contact us as soon as possible and make sure you retain the packaging and item until advised otherwise. We will either replace or refund your item, no quibble. 

Please note:
1. Our guarantee only covers items sent directly from Dogwood Lifestyle Ltd to the customer. If you choose to use a 3rd party intermediary service, such as a parcel holding / shipping company this is at your own risk and excludes the transaction from our guarantee. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to 3rd parties.
2. If you choose to use the 'sign online' option with UPS for your order then you are agreeing to let UPS waive liability for loss or damage.  If you do this it is at your own risk and also voids our guarantee. 

 

Damaged item: In the rare instance your item has arrived damaged we will either replace or refund where replacement is not possible. In order to do this we require detailed photographs of the damaged item and its packaging, we cannot process without this evidence and it must be sent to us within 7 days of you receiving the item (please note this is 7 days including weekends and not 'working days' due to UPS policy. You can find full details of evidence need here and our refund policy here.

Vintage: Please note that some of our items are vintage in nature and in that regards may have signs of wear - please do read the descriptions and view the photos carefully to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Each description will state if the item is vintage or from our own new collection. Should there be a problem with your order please get in touch as we will do what we can to help. 

Packaging: Many of our items are of a fragile nature therefore we take extra care with packing - this means the size of your parcel may be a lot larger than the item inside.  All our items are shipped in custom made packaging. 

Measurements: Due to the nature of our products measurements are as exact as they can be for organic shapes, please allow 1-3cm discrepancy. We measure height / width / depth to the largest part of the item.  If you need help working out if an item will fit a specific space email us and we will be happy to help.
