Please note: There are NO additional import taxes / tariffs charged to UK and USA customers, any charges are already included in the shipping cost. All orders will be sent with tracking details, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to become active after they have been sent to you. Express shipping will require a signature due to the value of the order. We cannot alter or edit shipping after dispatch.

Please ensure you open and check your order on arrival in the rare case of damage this must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of you being sent tracking details please contact us immediately.
