Please note we operate during UK (GMT) business hours, Mon-Fri 10am - 4pm, enquiries sent at all other times will be replied to ASAP during office hours.
A note to our USA Customers: Here at Dogwood Lifestyle H.Q. we've been talking to lots of our fabulous American friends and understand that the recent new taxes and tariffs announced in April 2025 have cause confusion on who and how much customers might be charged. As of 1st June 2025 to make things as easy as possible we have decided to include any additional taxes or charges in the shipping cost. That mean's what you pay at check out is all you pay. What's even better is we have kept shipping fees the same cost as they have always been so there will be nothing extra to pay. Plus as we pay any charges in advance you won't have any extra hassle, your order will simply be shipped from us straight to your door. Rest assured if you place a pre-order and there are any new updates to the tariffs you still won't be charged any extra. Whilst we are in this initial transitional period testing out the new shipping system if for any reason you are asked to pay tax please do let us know ASAP and we will resolve this for you or refund you the tax fee if you already paid.

Shipping: Items are shipped from the UK and we are happy to ship worldwide (Excluding the EU as of December 2024 due to new EU GDPR regulations we are working to resolve this and resume shipping to EU ASAP).

Payment methods: We accept all major credit / debit cards, processed via Shopify payment systems, Paypal, Clearpay, Klarna. See more on pre-payment methods.
Pre Orders & Custom Orders: For items we don't have in stock you can make a pre order or custom order, see details here.
Where is my order?: All our items are sent with tracking numbers which will be sent to you on dispatch. If however you haven't received this information or your item hasn't arrived please email us with your name and order number.
Our Promise: We guarantee the safe delivery of your item, if for any reason it doesn't arrive to you in tip-top condition please contact us as soon as possible and make sure you retain the packaging and item until advised otherwise. We will either replace or refund your item, no quibble.
Damaged item: In the rare instance your item has arrived damaged we will either replace or refund where replacement is not possible. In order to do this we require detailed photographs of the damaged item and its packaging, we cannot process without this evidence and it must be sent to us within 7 days of you receiving the item (please note this is 7 days including weekends and not 'working days' due to UPS policy. Lost / delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 days of it being shipped or the tracking details have not been updated for over 5 days please report this to us via email ASAP. We cannot trace lost orders more than 30 days after the shipping date.

Vintage: Please note that some of our items are vintage in nature and in that regards may have signs of wear - please do read the descriptions and view the photos carefully to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Each description will state if the item is vintage or from our own new collection. Should there be a problem with your order please get in touch as we will do what we can to help.
Packaging: Many of our items are of a fragile nature therefore we take extra care with packing - this means the size of your parcel may be a lot larger than the item inside. All our items are shipped in custom made packaging.
Measurements: Due to the nature of our products measurements are as exact as they can be for organic shapes, please allow 1-3cm discrepancy. We measure height / width / depth to the largest part of the item. If you need help working out if an item will fit a specific space email us and we will be happy to help.
