XMAS Opening Hours & Shipping Dates

We are now closed for the Holidays and will reopen on 7th January 2026. Wishing you a Happy Holidays from Team Dogwood Lifestyle!

Important: Any orders placed after 9am 19th December will not be processed until we reopen 7th January 2026. Customer service will also remain closed until we reopen, however most questions can be answered on our FAQ page. 

Gift vouchers will be available through out as these are automatically processed and sent to you via email, perfect for last minute shoppers and those who love to choose their own gift!

Please remember, once your order has been shipped it is in possession of UPS and we have no control over it. You can use the tracking details sent to you to track your order and for the estimated arrival date (tracking email may go to your spam folder if you haven't added Dogwood Lifestyle to your approved contacts). All postal services can experience delays and longer arrival times during the busy festive season, however if your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of dispatch and isn't seen to be moving on the tracking do let us know and we will address this as soon as we reopen. If you did not select 'Express' shipping at check out your order may not arrive before Xmas.
