A note to our USA Customers: Here at Dogwood Lifestyle H.Q. we've been talking to lots of our fabulous American friends and understand that the recent new taxes and tariffs announced in April / Aug 2025 have cause confusion on who and how much customers might be charged. As of August 2025 to make things as easy as possible we have decided to include any additional taxes or charges in the cost you pay at check out. That mean's what you pay at check out is all you pay. As we pay any charges in advance you won't have any extra hassle, your order will simply be shipped from us straight to your door. Rest assured if you place a pre-order and there are any new updates to the tariffs you still won't be charged any extra.

1. Shipping Cost: Add items to cart and enter your full address for a shipping quote including any duties & taxes.
2. Shipping Services: Are based on value of order and cannot be changed
-Standard shipping via Royal Mail / DPD
-Express shipping via UPS - requires signature (cannot be sent without signature)
3. Shipping times: All items are dispatched from the U.K. and fully tracked, Express shipping requires a signature.
UK: Standard 2-3 days, Express Next day delivery
USA / Canada: Express 3-5 days, Standard 5-7 days, (World zone 3)
Australia / New Zealand / ROW: Express 6-9 days (World zone 2)
Europe: Express 2-4 days,(Europe zone 1/2/3 dependent)*
ROW Express 4-9 days (World zone 1)
4. Dispatch time: We aim to dispatch within 1-2 days (excluding weekends) for all in stock items. This may be extended during Xmas / UK holiday periods.
5. Worldwide Shipping: Items are shipped from the UK and we ship worldwide*. All items will be sent with tracking and Express require a signature on delivery. All postage costs are based on size and weight, the postage will be calculated once you enter your address at check out. Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly and in full, if there is an error in the shipping address this can result in your order not being delivered or incurring additional charges. If an order is returned to us due to the above error shipping charges will be billed to the receiver.

6. Our guarantee: We guarantee the safe delivery of your item, if for any reason it doesn't arrive to you in perfect condition please contact us as soon as possible and make sure you retain the packaging and item until advised otherwise. We will either replace or refund your item, no quibble. We will require evidence of this to be provided within 7 calendar days.
7. Lost / delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 days of it being shipped or the tracking details have not been updated for over 5 days please report this to us via email ASAP. We cannot trace lost orders more than 30 days after the shipping date.
Please note, if you choose to use the 'sign online' option for your order then you are agreeing to let UPS waive liability for loss or damage. If you do this it is at your own risk and also voids our guarantee.
In addition, our guarantee only covers items sent directly from Dogwood Lifestyle Ltd to the customer. If you choose to use a 3rd party intermediary service, such as a parcel holding / shipping company this is at your own risk and excludes the transaction from our guarantee.
8. International Taxes & Tariffs (outside UK): We are based in U.K and are happy to ship worldwide however please be aware most countries charge duties, taxes and import fees. Since Brexit this now includes Europe and NI. Updated 26/08/2025 - All taxes / duties / tariffs for ALL orders outside UK are now calculated and charged at check out, there will be no further charges for you to pay on delivery (including USA, CAN, EU, ROW). 8.B. Europe (including Northern Ireland Shipping)
Due to European regulations as of December 2024 we declare we are EU GPSR compliant.
*A small number of items are not available to ship to EU due to EU GPSR these include lamps, art prints, cushions however the majority of our ceramic statue range is available to ship to EU.
